ProCare Therapy is actively looking for an energetic and compassionate Paraprofessional to join one of our trusted school districts locatedin the welcomingcommunity of Cedarbug, Wisconsin.The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers and specialists to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and promote positive behavior management strategies.

Job Description

  • Full time
  • M-F
  • 37.5 hours per week

  • 1:1 or group setting

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience working with special education kiddos is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Punctual
  • Pass a drug test and a background check

Interview Process

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
  • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with district
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours ofinterview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
