**Pay Range:** 22.00 - 30.00 per hour

**Schedule:** Monday - Thursday, with 1st and 2nd shift available

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a talented Precision Welder with 3-5 years of experience to perform high-quality welding tasks on precision parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding processes, blueprints, and precision measurement tools. You will be responsible for producing high-quality welds, ensuring equipment is functioning correctly, and making necessary adjustments to meet specifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Set up and perform precision welding tasks on various materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment.
- Monitor welding operations and make adjustments to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

**Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of experience as a Precision Welder.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of welding operations and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Shift Availability:**
- 1st Shift
- 2nd Shift

Pay Details: 22.00 to 30.00 per hour
