ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Counselorto join our team of educators. As a School Counselor, you will play a crucial role in impacting the lives of students by providing direction,guidance,and empowering these students to succeed. This position offers the flexibility of hourly employment under a W2 agreement, providing a rewarding opportunity for educators who value flexibility in their schedules.
Pay & Benefits:
- $45-55 an hour
- Weekly direct deposit.
- W2 employment with ProCare Therapy.
- Dedicated support from ProCare Therapy throughout your assignment.
Job Description:
- 2024-2025 school year
- Full-time, in person
- High school caseload
- Assist with positive behavior intervention
- Apply expertise in helping students mental health, learning, and education
- Provide 1:1 and group counseling
- Report writing
- Conduct evaluations
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree required
- State school counselor certification required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
