Responsible for the collection of all accounts in accordance with the standard operating procedure (SOP) and company directives. Analysis of payment tends and establishing meaningful credit limits.
Responsibilities- Journal Entries = Monthly Journal Vouchers for receivable and wire transfer activities
- Review commission adjustments monthly for activity of credit/debit memos prior to commission checks being released
- review and approve cash receipts, credit memos, and adjustments for data entry prior to approving data input
- maintain customer master files, updating and entering new customers as needed
- work problem accounts where usual techniques have been unsuccessful
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to set up and use a file management system either physically or on a computer.
- Attention to detail in reading and writing reports and sending information to both internal and external parties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Understanding of process flow and procedures.
- Strong Excel and communication skills.
- Experience in data entry and filing.
- Quality audit and standard operating procedure knowledge.
- Database skills are a plus.
This position offers the ability to cross-train and learn how quality assurance is being done, providing knowledge across various sectors of the company. There are huge growth opportunities in the semiconductor industry.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM. The role requires using various technologies and equipment, particularly Microsoft Office software.
