  • We have an opening for full time MATERIAL HANDLER positions.
  • Location: Kraft Heinz - 1951 East Meadowmere Street, Springfield, MO 65804. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time schedule. Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, (1st shift) or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 10:00 pm to 6:30 am

    (3rd shift).

  • Requirement: Previous forklift experience is preferred, but not required. Willing to train
  • Perks: Uniforms and safety shoes provided
  • Pay Range: $16.00 to $16.50

Job Summary

Summary: Collects, transports, and properly disposes of trash and bio-hazardous materials following established safety protocols.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, transports, and disposes of trash, chemicals, and bio-hazardous materials using proper safety procedures.
  • Performs cleaning functions as assigned; properly operates cleaning equipment as designated.
  • Recognizes safety hazards and acts accordingly.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



Qualifications:

  • Must have physical ability to walk, stand and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.
