Job Opportunity: Paraprofessional Substitute (Wilton, California)

Hourly Rate: $28

Position Overview: We are seeking a caring Paraprofessional Substitute to assist in fostering students' academic, social, and emotional development. This role involves collaborating closely with educators to create a supportive learning atmosphere. This position offers the potential for full-time employment within the district.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students either individually or in small groups.
  • Assist in implementing personalized education plans.
  • Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and specialists.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress.


Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background check
  • 2+ Years of Behavior Experience
  • School, RBT, and ABA experience preferred

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
