As an MRI Technologist, you will perform magnetic resonance imaging exams to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. Your duties include preparing patients, operating MRI equipment, and producing high-quality images.
Location:Scott City, KS
Start Date:Octoberstart
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Shift Hours:Days, 5x8 hour shifts
Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract assignment in Scott City, KS.The position features nocall requirements and a 40 hour work weekschedule with dayshifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MRI scans and procedures utilizingEchelon Oval Fuji Originally Hitachi MRIsystems.
Ensure high-quality imaging and accurate results for diagnostic purposes.
Follow safety protocols and maintain proper patient care during imaging procedures.
Document and report imaging results in compliance with medical standards.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
Required Qualifications:
Registered MRI Technologist with current ARRT or ARMRIT certification.
Two years of recent MRI experience
Strong technical skills with the ability to perform and interpret MRI scans accurately.
Excellent patient interaction skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Qualifications:
Previous travel experience preferred but not required.
Ability to adapt to new environments and protocols quickly.
Work Schedule:
Shifts:Days - 5x8s (manager will be flexible on this if she needs to)
Minimal Call:Noon-call requirements.
