ProCare Therapy is a trusted provider of school-based therapy services, connecting passionate professionals with opportunities to make a difference. We are currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a preschool program in Billerica, MA, starting January 17.
Position Overview:
As a Preschool SLP, you will support the speech and language development of young learners. In this role, you will provide individualized and group therapy, collaborating with teachers and families to ensure children thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate speech, language, and communication needs of preschool-aged children.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs.
- Deliver direct therapy services within a classroom setting.
- Work closely with educators and families to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input to support student goals.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Massachusetts SLP license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
