We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join a dynamic healthcare team in Syracuse, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys both clinical and business development aspects of the role, while also making an impact in patient care and the munity.
Position Overview- Title: Pharmacist | Healthcare Setting | Syracuse, NY
- Job Type: Permanent
- Location: Syracuse, NY (13202)
- Schedule: Variable | Evenings Required (3-4 Days/Week)
- Hours: 4x10 or 4x12 shifts (8 AM 8 PM)
- Salary: $62/hr - $65/hr
- Ensure pliance with state and federal regulations, managing pharmacy operations and maintaining good standing with the board of pharmacy.
- Oversee pharmacy financial goals, including budget management, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Drive business development initiatives within the pharmacy and local munity.
- Manage pharmacy staff, providing performance reviews and ensuring adherence to regulatory and pany policies.
- Guide, train, and hold pharmacy associates accountable for their roles and pliance with required standards.
- Lead patient-centered services like immunizations, MTM, and wellness programs.
- Provide expert counseling to patients and healthcare providers about medications, drug interactions, dosage, and side effects.
- Monitor patient health progress and ensure optimal therapy outes.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement programs to ensure patient safety and care excellence.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to legal and pany standards.
- Fulfill continuing education requirements as per state regulations.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
- Must hold a valid New York State Pharmacist License.
- Immunization Certification is required.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a mitment to patient care and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in both a clinical and business-focused environment.
