Job Description

You will be assisting with box reception and other tasks around the lab, ensuring efficient handling and processing of samples.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with removing boxes from the FedEx truck.
  • Open boxes and perform secondary checks on all received boxes.
  • Stage OPI samples by removing them from bags and placing them on racks to dry.
  • Assist with relabeling NAT samples.
  • Help rack samples for PVT.
  • Support with dumping samples as needed.
  • Prepare empty boxes for return shipment to the customer.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • BS degree in a Life Science discipline
  • 0-1 years of laboratory experience
Work Environment

The work environment includes both warehouse and laboratory settings. The laboratory is large, well-lit, clean, and provides a positive working atmosphere. The shifts available are 7am-7:30pm or 7pm-7:30am, Sunday-Tuesday or Wednesday-Friday, all with a rotating Saturday. Training schedules will align with these shifts and are dependent on the needs of the lab.
