Pay: New graduates starting at $90,000 (pay increases with experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 - $10,000

Shift: 40 hours/week, flexible scheduling

 

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patient dysfunctions and limitations to develop an effective plan of care.

Utilizes safe and effective treatment to meet functional/measurable goals.

Modifies treatment plan to progress patient towards goals and discharge criteria.

Directs and appropriately delegates tasks to support staff.

Documents patient care in compliance with state/federal guidelines and department policies/procedures.

Performs effective informal/formal clinical teaching tasks.

Communicates relevant patient care information to the appropriate healthcare professional.

 

Must Haves:

·       PT license in Alaska

·       New grads accepted
