We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Desktop Support Analyst in New Jersey. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that involve managing and maintaining IT systems within our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process and manage IT-related tasks such as installing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktops, laptops, servers, and ancillary equipment.
• Utilize your knowledge of Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Backup Technologies, Configuration Management to enhance our IT operations.
• Recommend suitable desktops, laptops, and ancillary equipment for different business needs.
• Utilize your understanding of Office Suite, Office 365, Active Directory, VOIP Phones, Windows OS, Skype for Business, TCP/IP, DNS, Web /Video Conferencing, Scripting technologies, DHCP, Deployment Toolkit, and SaaS to facilitate smooth operations.
• Analyze and improve processes to better utilize, design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain technology strategies that meet business needs and improve the manufacturing process.
• Monitor and maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Proficiency in Android Development
• Knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
• Ability to handle, troubleshoot, and repair Computer Hardware
• Experience in utilizing Dell Technologies
• Proficiency in managing Active Directory
