Are you a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist seeking an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the school setting? We are looking for a skilled OT to join our teamworking with K-12 students to support their development and help them thrive in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess students needs, developing individualized occupational therapy plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to help students improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement effective strategies and accommodations for students.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights and recommendations for student progress.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
  • Educate staff and families on strategies to support students' occupational therapy needs in the classroom and at home.
  • Adapt and modify therapy techniques based on each students specific needs and progress.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas.
  • Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop effective, individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and special education requirements.
  • Passion for helping students reach their full potential.
