The job function entails a significant amount of mobility within the hospital environment, ensuring accurate inventory of various equipment. The role requires strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively scan and inventory IT and hospital equipment, navigating through various hospital departments.
• Maintain and update an accurate log of all equipment using Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including patients, doctors, and administrative professionals.
• Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies, updating the system accordingly.
• Leverage ERP solutions to enhance and streamline inventory processes.
• Utilize your knowledge of ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, Epic Software, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in daily tasks.
• Perform a variety of clerical duties as needed, including answering inbound calls and auditing.
• Represent inventory data through the creation of charts and graphs in Microsoft Excel.
• Stand for extended periods while performing inventory related tasks.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services software
• Familiarity with Cerner Technologies
• Experience with Epic Software
• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Knowledge of ERP Solutions
• Ability to use About Time software
• Auditing skills
• Ability to create and interpret Charts - Graphs
• Experience in performing Clerical Duties
• Experience in conducting Annual Physical Inventory
