Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer correspondence for accounts receivable resolution.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution for order processing efficiency.
- Monitor credit holds and produce receivable reports.
- Handle banking platforms for receipt management and transaction reconciliation in JDE AR system.
- Retrieve remittance advice and adjust accounts via customer portals.
- Process payment deductions and coordinate dispute resolutions.
- Support Accounts Receivable Department in analysis and audit preparation.
- Review account aging and summarize for management.
- Document collection activities for past due accounts.
- Escalate uncollectible balances to management.
- Maintain credit hold statuses.
- Reconcile account discrepancies.
Contract/Contract-to-Hire Benefit Language

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
