Position: Spanish-Speaking PCA/Paraprofessional
Location: King of Prussia, PA

Position Details:
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
  • Hours: 32 37.5 hours per week
  • School Year: 2024/2025

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Spanish-Speaking PCA/Paraprofessional to join our team in Malvern, PA. This role involves providing one-on-one support to students, assisting with academic, behavioral, and communication needs. As a key member of the educational team, you will help create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students during classroom activities, transitions, and other school settings.
  • Assist students with academic tasks, reinforcing concepts taught by the classroom teacher.
  • Facilitate effective communication with Spanish-speaking students and families.
  • Support students social, emotional, and behavioral development.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to meet student goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and maintain a positive, patient attitude.

  • Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
