Position Details:

  • Full-time position
  • On-site for the next school year
  • Competitive hourly rate: $40-47/hr
  • K-8th grade
  • September-June

Job Description:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students in a school environment.
  • Maintain a current occupational therapy license.
  • Possess experience working with children and adolescents in school settings.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
  • Previous experience in school or pediatric environments is mandatory.
  • OT licenses and teaching certifications for Michigan are required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and colleagues.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • W-2 Employment Contract

Interview Process:

  • Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy recruiter
  • Followed by a 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district
  • Job offer typically made within 24-48 hours after the virtual interview
