Pay: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr (based on experience, with opportunities for advancement)

Shift: 2nd shift, 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload small parts onto milling centers
• Perform tapping using a drill press or manual mill
• Use a small pneumatic press for bending locks and other equipment
• Conduct basic machine maintenance and housekeeping
• Inspect parts in bulk quantities
• Report any equipment or safety issues to the lead promptly
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following 5S principles
• Change tooling and make machine adjustments as needed

Work Environment:

• Production setting
• Steel-toed shoes required

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience operating a CNC Mill in a production environment
• Familiarity with machine setup and minor adjustments
• Ability to read blueprints
• Open to entry-level candidates straight from school
