Type: Full-Time

Job Description

  • Full-time negotiable schedule
  • On call 10 days per month
  • Outpatient Practice Setting
  • 50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
  • 25% Hematology, 75% Oncology
  • 2 Physicians in Practice
  • 15-20 Patients Per Day (Outpatient)
  • 3-5 Patients Per Day (Hospital)
  • EMR - EPIC
  • Credentialing timeframe:  30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
  • 1+ year clinical experience as NP/PA in Hematology/Oncology is REQUIRED
  • Telemedicine is NOT an option - this is an in-person position.
  • Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
  • Not accepting Locums candidates

Requirements:

ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

  • Board Certified NP/PA - REQUIRED
  • OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • Procedures: Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters, FNA/Biopsy, Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural/Peritoneal (note experience in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
  • Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes (note experience in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
  • At least 1 year of Hematology/Oncology NP clinical employment experience - REQUIRED
  • Provider must within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate - REQUIRED
  • Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? - REQUIRED
