Job Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with students in a school-based setting. This role involves implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), supporting students in developing social and behavioral skills, and working collaboratively with educators and therapists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support to students
  • Implement BIPs under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Reinforce positive behavior strategies in the classroom
  • Collect and document behavioral data for student progress tracking
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success
Position Details:
  • Hours: Full-time, following the school calendar
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, during school hours
Interview Process:
  1. Screening Call: 10-15 minutes with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
  2. Zoom Interview: In-depth interview with the hiring team
  3. Resume Review: Conducted by the hiring team
  4. Offer Extended: Typically within 24 hours after resume review
