Job DescriptionJob Description

Industrial Maintenance Technician:

  • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to industrial machinery and equipment including automated Fanuc welding robots, conveyors, hydraulic presses, transfer systems, etc.
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic repairs.
  • Welding and fabrication.
  • Replace and repair belts, bearings, couplings, sprockets, chains, shafts, gearboxes, etc.
  • Read blueprints and schematics.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and volt meter.
  • Troubleshoot, replace, or repair 24volt to 480volt 3 phase electrical systems, 3 phase motors, fuses, switches, proximity sensors, photo eyes, and minor PLC troubleshooting (inputs/outputs).
  • Direct Hire with the company, United Steel Workers Union with good benefits.
  • Must be open to working Day and Night Shifts: Day Shift is 6:00am-4:30pm and Night Shift is 6:00pm-4:30am, mainly Monday-Friday (usually around 50 hours per week).
  • Pay rate on Day Shift is $32 per hour and pay rate on Night Shift is $32.50 per hour.
