Location:Schertz, TX

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to meet students unique needs.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth.
  • Use specialized instructional techniques to foster academic, behavioral, and social development.
  • Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
  • Communicate regularly with families and guardians, providing updates and support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Valid Texas Special Education teaching certification.
  • Experience working with K-12 students with diverse needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative approach to problem-solving and student support.
