Associate Attorney Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Manage high-profile litigation cases from start to finish with the guidance of a supervising partner.
  • Perform accident scene inspections in collaboration with experts, prepare reports, and evaluate liability, causation, and damages.
  • Perform depositions, participate in hearings, and present arguments for motions.
  • Conducting interviews with witnesses, participating in expert depositions, negotiating with opposing counsel, and performing legal research.
  • 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in the areas of complex, premises, casualty, or product liability.
  • Capability to oversee the entire case lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in conducting investigations, hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Strong academic background
  • Proficient in all aspects of research and writing.
  • Excellent work ethic, great legal research skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Florida Bar licensed.
