Freelance Senior Designer

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Freelance Senior Designer. The role involves developing creative concepts and campaigns for clients in partnership with internal account management teams. The industry focus is on financial and highly regulated sectors, though this is not a strict requirement.
Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and implement creative campaigns and concepts for end-clients, considering a 360-degree approach
• Collaborate closely with internal account management teams to ensure alignment with client objectives
• Utilize a strong understanding of strategy in campaign development and execution
• Show willingness to be hands-on when necessary, including assisting with the production of assets
• Manage and oversee the development and experimentation of new concepts
• Use Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and CRM tools proficiently to create and manage campaigns
• Develop and implement plans for brand awareness and campaign planning
• Strategize and manage the production of various collateral including advertisements, magazines, and mailers
• Demonstrate conceptual thinking abilities to innovate and deliver creative solutions
• Prepare and manage creative briefs to ensure all projects meet client requirements.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Creative Director role or similar.• Demonstrable expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency in Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Extensive experience in creating and managing advertisements.
• Proven ability in Art Direction and increasing Brand Awareness.
• Experience in Campaign Planning and Collateral Management.
• Must be able to develop, plan, and execute Ad Campaigns.
• Adept at Concept Development and Experimentation, Conceptual Thinking, and Conceptualization.
• Ability to create and interpret Creative Briefs.
• Knowledge of Desktop Publishing, particularly for Magazines and Mailers.
• Must have legal right to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
• Must successfully undergo any necessary background checks.
