Join our team as a Production Worker/Driver and become a part of a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. We’re seeking motivated individuals who can handle heavy lifting, operate forklifts, and contribute to efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular counts and adjustments as needed.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to transport materials.
  • Unload deliveries, inspect for accuracy, and store items in the appropriate locations.
  • Inspect products for damage, defects, and ensure proper labeling before shipping.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and verify the contents match shipment records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, ensuring safety and accessibility.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and digital logs to track inventory and shipments.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.

Shift Schedules:

  • Shift 1: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday - Friday
  • Shift 2: 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM, Tuesday - Friday, and Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Driver Schedule:

  • Shift 1: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Off Wednesday and Saturday
  • Shift 2: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Off Thursday and Saturday

Skills:

  • 1-2 years in warehouse or general labor (preferred); forklift experience required.
  • Competence with manual and power pallet jacks.
  • Familiarity with inventory software, systems, and databases.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to twist, pull, push, and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in adverse climate conditions.
  • Dependable with good time management, available for overtime and potential holiday work.
