Job Description: CNC Programmer (GibbsCAM)

Location: West Chester, OH
Job Type: Full Time - Direct Hire
Compensation: $100-120K

Responsibilities:

  • CNC Programming: Use GibbsCAM to generate and modify CNC programs for milling, turning, and multi-axis machining.
  • Machine Setup: Assist machinists with tool setup and ensure accurate machine calibration.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to create precise machining programs.
  • Quality Control: Verify programs produce parts that meet quality standards and troubleshoot machining issues.
  • Collaboration: Work with engineers and machinists to ensure smooth production processes and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of CNC programming experience with GibbsCAM. Multi-axis machine programming experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in GibbsCAM, strong understanding of CNC operations, and ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Education: Technical degree or certification in CNC programming or machining is a plus.
