Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Caseload: Up to 16 students, ages 3-5 (ASD, Developmental Delay)

Job Summary:
Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Teacher for a full-time, onsite position in Savage, Minnesota. The teacher will work with students aged 3-5 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental delays. This position is a great opportunity to make a positive impact on young learners in their formative years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction to students aged 3-5 with developmental delays and ASD.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Track student progress and adjust instruction as needed to meet individualized goals.
  • Collaborate with parents, paraprofessionals, and other staff to support student development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification for Minnesota, with an ECSE endorsement preferred.
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental delays.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood education and developmental milestones.
  • Excellent munication and collaboration skills.
