Job Title: Sales and Warehouse Associate

Location: Casper, WY
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: 16 - 18 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Summary:
Adecco is currently assisting a local client in Casper, WY looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Warehouse Associate. This role involves customer order processing, inventory management, and occasional customer site deliveries. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory software, and a clean driving record for local deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Order Processing: Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper product storage and organization.
  • Computer Skills: Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management software for efficient order processing, tracking, and reporting.
  • Occasional Deliveries: Perform customer deliveries using a ½ ton pickup truck, ensuring safe and timely delivery of products.
  • General Warehouse Duties: Assist with loading/unloading shipments, keep the warehouse organized, and perform regular inventory checks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management software.
  • Clean driving record required for occasional deliveries using company vehicle.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or sales roles is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Ability to operate a ½ ton pickup truck safely for deliveries.


Pay Details: 16.00 to 18.00 per hour
