We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in Shelton, Connecticut. The role involves inventory management and clerical duties in a warehouse setting. The Inventory Clerk will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by keeping accurate records, organizing stock, and coordinating information related to inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing and documenting orders received and delivered.

• Collaborating with procurement staff to list expected deliveries.

• Assisting with inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels.

• Managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse to maintain efficient operations.

• Receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies in an organized manner.

• Conducting spot-checks of inventory levels in the storage area.

• Coordinating information related to understock and overstock situations.

• Maintaining clear and comprehensive reports about the stock status.

• Utilizing skills in ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, Epic Software, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, About Time, Answering Inbound Calls, Auditing, Charts - Graphs, and Clerical Duties.

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is needed
• Must be familiar with Cerner Technologies
• Experience with Epic Software is required
• Knowledge in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential
• Proficiency in ERP Solutions is necessary
• Familiarity with About Time software is a plus
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
• Experience in Auditing is desired
• Ability to create Charts - Graphs effectively
• Must be able to perform Clerical Duties efficiently
