Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Compensation Analyst in the heart of Hauppauge, New York. The ideal candidate will be working within the financial services sector and will have a strong focus on analyzing and improving workforce metrics, managing compensation-related information, and ensuring pay practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
• Analyzing workforce metrics to enhance human resources capacity planning
• Creating reports and visualizations to provide essential information for decision-making
• Developing processes, dashboards, and metrics to support the achievement of business goals and human capital management and development
• Administering incentive programs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Evaluating jobs while developing and maintaining job descriptions and job architecture
• Participating in compensation surveys and conducting research on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends
• Auditing compensation-related data such as job codes, salary plans, grades, etc.
• Assisting in forecasting compensation expenses and in the annual merit increase cycle
• Ensuring pay practices comply with all federal, state, and regulatory laws/requirements.• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role
• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for compensation analysis
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now software
• Familiarity with Ceridian platform
• Ability to use Cisco Webex Meetings for virtual collaboration
• Strong CRM skills to manage client relationships effectively
• Auditing skills, with a focus on compensation and benefits
• Understanding of benefits functions and administration
• Experience in claim administration
• Knowledge of COBRA administration rules and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
