Special Education Teacher - Secondary School - Coal Center, PA
$35-45/hour - Benefits - Full Time

Job Type:

  • Secondary School Special Education Teacher needed for the 2024-2025 school year.
  • Candidate will begin ASAP and work until the end of the school year (6/15/2025).
  • This is a full-time (37.5 hours), onsite teaching position.
  • Caseload: Mild/Moderate to Severe special needs
  • Special Education Teacher specializes in teaching students identified as having special needs.
  • Teacher will utilize evidence-based practices to engage students in academic learning and desired behaviors.

Full-Time Employee Benefits:

  • Employees are paid an hourly rate and receive weekly paychecks congruent with weeks worked.
  • Candidate can expect pay between $35-45depending on experience and specific job requirements.
  • W2 Contract position.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Special Education ORa degree specific to teaching students with Special Needs.
  • Special Education Certificate or License in state of employment.
  • Previous experience in school setting is preferred.
