This role involves overseeing significant projects within the finance sector, including the implementation of ERP and CRM systems, data migration, and website configuration. The position demands effective coordination with various stakeholders across different departments and a robust understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination with diverse stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and objectives.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, which involve schedules, milestones, and timelines.
• Overseeing the transition from the current ERP system to NextWorld.
• Managing the implementation of a new CRM system.
• Leading the migration of data visualization and analytics from Tableau to PowerBI.
• Coordinating the setup and optimization of the company's website.
• Tracking project progress and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables.
• Facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and promptly address any issues.
• Utilizing Jira and SmartSheets for project tracking and management.
• Implementing agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
• Ensuring compliance with finance principles and standards, leveraging a strong understanding of CPA principles.
• Providing regular status reports to senior management and project stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant

• Proficient in Atlassian Jira software

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Financial background

• Proficient in About Time software

• Experience with AB Testing

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies

• Experience in Budget Processes

• Proficient in Change Management techniques

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
