About Us:
Soliant Education connects skilled professionals with schools to improve student outcomes. Were seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a contract position in Glen Cove, NY.This role is offered at an hourly rate and involves working directly with students to support their development.
Responsibilities:
- Assess students occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff.
- Track and document student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in New York.
- NBCOT certification preferred.
- Experience with school-aged children is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
