Position Details:
- Location: Westerville, OH
- Grade Levels: Flexible, based on school needs (elementary, middle, or high school)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with no after-hours work required
- Pay Rate: $34$45 per hour, depending on experience
- Benefits: Full benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and 401(k)
What Youll Do:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students specific needs
- Provide one-on-one or small group academic interventions, focusing on ELA, Math, and social-emotional development
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to ensure continuous academic growth
- Empower students to overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve their personal and academic goals

Required Qualifications:
- A valid Ohio Department of Education Intervention Specialist license
- A Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
- Knowledge of Ohios special education standards, IEP development, and compliance
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs is preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
