Position: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the Role:
Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBAfor the 2024/2025 school year. This full-time, itinerant position will involve supporting other BCBAs and RBTs across K-12 classrooms, providing behavior analysis services to students, and implementing effective interventions. This position is ideal for professionals looking to make a meaningful impact within a close-knit school munity.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students across K-12.
  • Collaborate with other BCBAs, RBTs, and school staff to provide prehensive support.
  • Provide training, supervision, and guidance to RBTs and other staff members on behavioral interventions and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of behavioral interventions, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure that behavioral programs align with school district policies and best practices.
  • municate regularly with parents, guardians, and other team members to provide updates on student progress.

Requirements:

  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience working in K-12 school settings preferred but not required.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload across multiple schools.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
