Our Client is seeking an FP& A Manager to join their team and play a critical role in driving financial strategy, optimizing processes, and supporting our organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to align with business objectives.
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis and actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  • Oversee and improve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering skill development and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, investments, and business opportunities.
  • Optimize cash flow, working capital, and risk management processes.
  • Drive process improvements and automation for efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
  • Support audits, tax filings, and other regulatory requirements as needed.

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial planning and analysis sector


• Demonstrated proficiency in forecasting and modeling.


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.

• Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

• Proven experience in budgeting and financial planning.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Proactive in identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

• Knowledge of the shipping industry and its financial specifics is a plus.
