Job Description

Pay: $21-25/hr

Shift: 1st and 3rd shift (2-2-3 off schedule)

• Mix, compound, process, test, adjust and modify ingredients to successfully carry out and complete the manufacturing process of various personal care products.

• Continually communicate with the Compounding Supervisor/Manager and staff to ensure production of top-quality finished goods.

• Responsible for consistent observance of GMP, SOP, and Safety Procedures.

• Maintain proper handling and storage of materials needed for production.

• Attend all Company training encompassing GMP, SOP, SAFETY and cross training to expand employee capabilities.

• Must be flexible and open to fair share of overtime, including weekends, based on business needs.

• Flexibility to extend start/stop times and cover other shifts when necessary as backup.

  • Mechanically inclined
  • Manufacturing experience (previous experience as a compounder is a plus)
  • Basic math and reading
