Job Summary: The Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundry facilities. This role involves operating washing machines and dryers, sorting and folding laundry, and ensuring that all linens and garments are cleaned to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate washing machines and dryers according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items, including linens, towels, and garments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
  • Monitor inventory of laundry supplies and report low stock.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Handle and store chemicals properly and safely.
  • Assist with the delivery and pick-up of laundry items as needed.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
