Job Description:Join our dynamic team as an Electromechanical Assembler, where you'll work with cutting-edge electrical and electronic components. This role involves following production standards, showcasing your manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude. You'll be responsible for the precise caulking of both large and small complex parts from start to finish, following detailed work instructions. This position is detail-oriented and requires maneuvering in tight spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Wire, assemble, and install electrical and electronic components according to blueprint specifications.
- Perform tests on finished products before packaging.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Handle high voltage assembly.
- Install, handle, and test lithium batteries.
- Assemble electrical circuits and circuit breakers.
- Assemble cable and wire harnesses.
- Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with assembly, electrical, and mechanical production.
- Proficiency in soldering, schematic reading, and using hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other product specification documents.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High School or GED Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related field.
- Beneficial experience in soldering and wiring.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strict adherence to safety practices and regulations.
- Familiarity with standard operating protocols.

Work Environment:This position will work in a manufacturing setting with exposure to heavy equipment, machinery, and related noise levels. The role frequently requires walking, standing, bending, squatting, and continuous movement throughout the shift. Must be capable of lifting 0-50 lbs. in the proper ergonomic position.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
