Job Details



Currently seeking a Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of commercial HVAC projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Small projects up to $5M projects

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion, valued up to $5 million.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and work plans, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Coordinate with on-site supervisors and field teams to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and solutions.
  • Conduct project site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including submittals, RFI’s, change orders, and closeout packages.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies and best practices to enhance project delivery.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC projects, ideally within NH or MA.
  • Proven ability to manage projects up to $3.5 million in value, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, commercial mechanical installations, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficient with project management software, MS Office, and construction management platforms (e.g., Procore).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
