- Complete clinical documentation timely, with 80% of encounters finished the same day and 100% within two business days.
- Communicate patient care plans to medical assistants face-to-face following each appointment and respond to all patient-care needs within a clinically appropriate time frame, not exceeding two business days.
- Demonstrate commitment and proficiency in comprehensive multidisciplinary care for pediatric neurodevelopment and initiative in advancing knowledge and skills in delivering the Cortica Model.
- Lead, present, and teach at Weekly Rounds and other educational events, meeting required standards for patient outcomes, patient experience, and teammate experience.

- Achieve clinical and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Site medical program, including metrics on the Whole Child Scorecard and operational metrics like RVUs, new patient visits, and referrals to Cortica services.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the Site medical team and broader clinical/operational team to align and execute on Cortica's mission.
- Participate in business development, program leadership, community outreach, and payer relations in collaboration with Cortica leadership to promote organizational growth.
- Meet standards specified as part of Cortica's Clinical Advisor Program, including the following:
