Sign on bonusProCare Therapy is seeking a North Carolina certified special education teacher who demonstrates professionalism and attention to detail. The applicant should be prepared to manage a group of special needs students by providing specialized instruction for academic goals, supports for desired behaviors, and teaching organizational skills.

Full-Time Employee Benefits:

  • W2 Contract position.
  • Hourly pay format. Candidates can expect to make $32+ per hour.

Job Type:

  • Spring Semester of the 2024-2025 School Year
    • January 6 - June 9, 2025
  • ???????Full time position (37.5 hours)
  • Part-Time Position: 2 days a week, 8 hours per day
  • Caseload: 6 students
  • Teacher will be primarily focused on managing student behaviors and providing supports to promote engagement in desired behaviors.
  • Teacher will provide academic interventions to students that help them make progress towards their IEP goals.
  • Teacher will additionally write IEP's, manage IEP meetings, and collect/maintain progress on individual student goals.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsor Master's Degree in Special Education ORa degree specific to teaching students with Special Needs.
  • Special Education Certificate or License in state of employment.
  • Previous experience in school setting is preferred.
