Job Description
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be working with 14-18 gauge material, spending one-third of your time welding, one-third grinding, and one-third on tack and stud welding. Additionally, you will assist with running a plasma and robotic welder. This position requires a willingness to help in all areas and offers the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities and grow with the company. Initially, you will work on a new line for generator enclosures, primarily welding on galvanized steel.
Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding on 14-18 gauge material.
- Engage in grinding tasks.
- Execute tack and stud welding.
- Assist with running plasma and robotic welders.
- Support various areas as needed.
- Take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to company growth.
- MIG welding experience or a welding degree.
- 1+ years of MIG welding experience.
- Proficiency in grinding.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Experience with sheet metal.
- Knowledge of TIG welding.
- Experience working with stainless steel.
