Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Quality Technician to join our team. This role involves regular checks on chlorine concentrations in key areas, foot baths, and mop stations, as well as monitoring temperatures. The successful candidate will inspect incoming products, including dry, refrigerated, and frozen items, and verify scale accuracy. You will ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), allergen control, and safe food practices. Additionally, you will conduct micro-testing of raw ingredients and finished products and execute daily quality and food safety checks in line with the HACCP plan, addressing any deviations promptly.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in New Oxford, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

This is a 2nd shift position, working Friday to Sunday, starting at either 2pm or 3pm for a 9-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break. You will be the only quality technician on your shift, working alongside sanitation and overlapping slightly with a pre-op candidate on the 3rd shift
