Electronic Assembler

Our client in Poughkeepsie, NY is seeking an Electronic Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will build circuit card assembly boards by following both drawings and work instructions.  The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of assembly experience or some previous manufacturing experience. This is an excellent career opportunity with a full-time schedule- Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm.

Job Title:  Electronic Assembler

Location:  Poughkeepsie, NY

Pay Range: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Monday-Friday- 7:30am-4:00pm

What’s the Job?

• Perform tasks required in making electronics
• Assembling circuit boards
• Hand solder components as needed
• Follow verbal, written & drawings / diagram instructions
• Manufacturing, servicing & fixing of testing equipment

What’s Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in electronic manufacturing but client will train
• Ability to read and understand all instructions to assemble product
• Experience using hand tools and solder stations a plus
• Ability to lift at least 15 pounds throughout the day as needed
