Concrete Foreman - Drilling & Shoring Expertise Needed

We are a rapidly growing deep foundation drilling and shoring contractor based in Pomona, seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead our team. Specializing in Southern California projects, most job sites are located in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

Qualifications of a Concrete Foreman :

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction.
• Proven expertise in foundation drilling or concrete supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Experience working alongside surveyors for pile layout, particularly near property lines.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• OSHA and Hazwoper certifications preferred.
• Willingness to work in remote locations and under challenging weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities of our Concrete Foreman:

• Lead and oversee the crew at construction sites.
• Communicate project details and objectives to team members.
• Collaborate with project managers to optimize efficiency and manage costs.
• Maintain daily reports and site documentation.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure a safe work environment.
• Train and mentor crew members as needed.
