Our client is in need of a Tier 3 Desktop Support Technician to alleviate some of the ticket load from their team. This technician will primarily be responsible for supporting the Network and Label Printers but will also be responsible for supporting troubleshooting issues with Hardware, Software, Active Directory, and O365. This technician must also be willing to be a part of a rotating weekend shift on Saturdays (Projected to be once a month.)
