Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Production Team Lead to work directly with distributors and channel partners to manage and process a high volume of orders through multiple systems. This role will handle domestic, international, sample, and raw material orders and ensure proper documentation for shipments.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate order entry and execution using the designated system (PRMS/A2400).
  • Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to support the order process.
  • Confirm order specifications and provide customer service regarding shipping and order statuses.
  • Process all orders (Wheel Service, RAV, Car Programs, PDs, International, etc.).
  • Follow up on all orders and provide lift specifications as needed.
  • Work with distributors and regional managers to resolve damaged shipment issues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role within a product-based organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional client follow-up abilities.
  • Familiarity with AS/400 PRMS systems.
