Job Description

As an assembler, you will be responsible for hand assembling small parts, completing required documentation for work performed, quality inspecting work performed, and following defined work procedures. You will also be expected to provide suggestions and ideas for continuous improvements. The role requires the ability to work in a clean room environment, which includes gowning up, wearing gloves, and using hair covers. Adherence to defined work instructions is essential.

Work Environment

You will be working in a clean room environment, which means you will need to gown up, wear gloves, and use hair covers. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays for some lines. The dress code and personal hygiene requirements for associates entering the Controlled Environment prohibit makeup, nail polish, perfume/cologne, acrylic or fake nails, and strongly scented lotions. Additionally, there should be no holes in jeans. Manufacturing associates are not allowed to take cell phones or watches into the Controlled Environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50/hr.
