School Paraprofessional Opportunity

ProCare Therapy is seeking School Paraprofessionals inLeesburg, VAfor the school year.

The selected candidate will be hired on as a contracted employee through ProCare Therapy. A school year contract will be awarded for you to complete.

Job Description

  • Full time
  • You will be working in 1:1 setting
  • You must be comfortable working with students with mild to severedisabilities.
  • You will provide a supportive learning environment for students with autism andemotionalbehavioraldisorders.
  • You will work with your assigned studentto help facilitate their learning experience throughout the day.

Job Requirements

  • Strong background in education and working with students with disabilities

Interview Process

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
  • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
